- Processing Time:
The processing time for your order may vary, generally ranging from 1 to 2 business days from confirmation of purchase. This period includes payment verification and order preparation.
ORDER MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION
Order preparation is fast so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to get to you in time to make the change or cancel the order.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
However, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team via email at lookinfodesign@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping Address
- Incorrect Address:
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address when making the purchase. If the address is incorrect, Look is not responsible and costs associated with correction and reshipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Rates:
Our product shipments are totally free for you!
For some special European locations, a remote area fee may apply, for example, when delivery is in the mountains, on an island or some other difficult to reach location. The additional costs are about 25€.

All European Community countries: 5 to 7 working days.

The carrier we use is Deutsche Post. We prefer to ship only to countries where Deutsche Post offers tracking. See the list of countries we ship to and shipping times.
